Pre-Order
What happens during pre-order?
Pre-ordering lets you reserve one of our personalized Diwali children’s books and ensures it arrives in time for the celebrations! Simply choose a book, customize it by providing the child's name, a few other details, and a special dedication message to be featured at the start of the book.
Once you place your pre-order, we'll take care of everything else!
When your customized book is ready to be printed and shipped, we will send you an email with all the details.
When will my pre-order arrive?
We aim to have your customized book printed and shipped by the end of September 2024. This timeline ensures you’ll receive it well in advance, just in time to gift it to your little one—or another special Little Owl in your life—before Diwali!
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes, you can make changes to your book within 48 hours of placing your order. This gives you time to double-check and update any details if needed before we start creating your one-of-a-kind book. Please note that after this 48-hour window, no cancellations or changes can be made.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
Payment will be captured at the time you place your pre-order. This amount will include the cost of the book, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes. No additional charges will be made after this.
Do you offer discounts or bundles for pre-ordering multiple copies?
We do not offer bundle discounts for multiple books. Each book is uniquely created with care and attention, making every order special and one-of-a-kind.
Are there any special bonuses or gifts for pre-ordering?
Yes! For a limited time, all customers who pre-order one of our Diwali books will enjoy free shipping to all locations we ship to—Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, and New Zealand!
My Order
Can I edit my order once it has been submitted?
If you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, we can assist with making any necessary changes. Due to the personalized nature of our books, we are unable to accommodate changes after this period as the printing process will have already commenced.
How can I check my order details?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order and purchase details. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, contact us via our contact form, and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled except in special circumstances, such as duplicate orders. Please ensure you are satisfied with your personalized selections and fully committed to your purchase before placing your order.
Refunds are also not available except in special circumstances. If you need assistance, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we will be happy to help.
Can I change my delivery details?
If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will be able to assist you. After this timeframe, you will need to contact the delivery service provider directly to update your delivery information, as it will be beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your order details and a tracking link. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates set by the service provider. Any delays in delivery are beyond our control. If you did not receive an email with your delivery details, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us via the contact form and we will be happy to help.
Our Books
How does the personalization work?
We have designed various elements to bring your Little Owl to life as the hero of their own story. As you select each element and enter the child's name, the pages of our books will be personalized to create a unique story. Since each book is custom-made for the child, we cannot process changes after the 48-hour window or provide refunds.
What languages are your books available in?
Currently, our books are only available in English. As we grow, we hope to be able to offer them in more languages.
How can I get multiple copies of the same book for different children?
To purchase multiple copies of the same book, please place each order separately, as each book is personalized and unique to the child. You can add them all to your cart and check out at the same time!
Who are our books suitable for?
The suitability of our books depends on the child's age. We offer different books for various age groups, so please review our age guidelines before making your selection.
