Hi there! We're Krithika and Yvonne, the founders of Little Owl Stories, and we are so excited to have you join us on this  journey of ours. Our mission is to create a world where every child feels seen, celebrated, and cherished through the magic of personalized storytelling. 

Growing up in Australia and Canada with our Indian and Chinese backgrounds, we often felt left out of the stories we read. The characters didn't look like us and their experiences didn't reflect our own. Those stories missed the rich tapestry of our cultural heritage, leaving us longing for tales that resonated with our lives.

While representation in children's books has made strides, we realized that the personalized story market still has a long way to go. We wanted more than just characters who looked like us; we wanted our names, our festivals, our traditions and our unique experiences woven into the fabric of these stories. So, we took matters into our own hands and Little Owl Stories was born!

Our dream is to build the largest collection of culturally rich, personalized stories that represent EVERY child. We believe that every child deserves to see themselves as the hero of their own story, celebrating the diverse world they are a part of. 

Join us as we create fun and vibrant tales that honor and celebrate the beauty of diversity. We owe it to our younger selves—and to all the children out there—to bring these stories to life.
